Google Ads for brands spending £20k+ a month on paid
We build Google Ads into your second profit engine, in front of the people already searching for what you sell, without cannibalising your Meta spend.

The 3am maths
One channel is doing all the work.
You've built Meta and it runs profitably. The trouble is the whole business rides on it, so when Meta dips, your month dips with it.

Every year it costs me more to get the same customer. I can't keep outrunning that.
I'm sick of needing five new ads a week just to stand still.
Google says 4x. Meta says 3.5x. My bank account says 2.8x. Which one is lying?
I want a month where Meta dips and I don't feel it.
I know there's money in Google. I just don't know how much, or who to trust with it.
Google counts every form fill. Sales says half of them are junk.
The missing engine
Google Ads finds the people already looking.
Meta interrupts people who weren't thinking about you, and you've got good at it. Google Ads reaches a different set of customers.
Every day, people type the thing you sell into Google. They already have the problem. They've never heard of you. They buy from whoever is there.
In lead generation the gap is usually bigger.
How we measure
We report the number that can make us look worse.
Brand
SEARCHEDYOUR NAME
ALREADY KNEWYOU
PLATFORM ROASCOUNTS IT AS A WIN
Non-brand
SEARCHEDWHAT YOU SELL
HEARD OF YOUNEVER
WHAT WE'REJUDGED ON
Split it in week one
Brand and non-brand separated in the first week and reported apart, so the numbers stop flattering anyone.
Report against blended MER
Platform ROAS counts your own brand searches as a win. We report non-brand return against your blended MER, so you see what Google Ads added rather than what it claimed.
Build the second engine
Then we build out Google Ads on the people Meta can't reach. Google Ads is all we do.
If adding Google Ads doesn't lift your blended return, we'll tell you.

The column that counts.
From under 1x to 3.25x on non-brand across £101k of spend, peaking above 4x.
They'd hit a ceiling where any budget above £130 a day doubled acquisition cost. Now 5.3x on non-brand across £70.9k.
Doing well on Meta and had never run Google Ads. Month one, non-brand only: 110 orders and £137k.
299 enquiries at £28 each.
We followed every ticket Google Ads sold through to the end. 86% turned up, and 47% of them bought the programme, against a normal 19.5%.
What we find when we open an account
Most have nobody driving them.
Reports keep landing and nobody has looked properly in months. These are real, from accounts we've opened.
Same account, same month. Basket adds and checkout starts were each being logged at full sale price, twice, because two tags were tracking them.
Over a thousand products had a price of zero, and only 1,612 of 2,788 were allowed to show at all.
A website plugin had been switched off, and the tracking went with it. The account kept spending the whole time.
Every purchase was recorded at the same £99, whatever was actually spent, so Google Ads couldn't tell a big customer from a small one.
Proof you can check
Vetted by somebody else.
Upwork's Expert-Vetted tier is invitation only, and their talent managers test the skills before they award it. It puts us in the top 1% of talent on the platform. Every agency says its people are senior. Ours have been checked by somebody else.
They were absolutely excellent. Not only are they smart, but they also take a disciplined and cautious approach to increasing ad spend. I was so impressed with their work that I’ve even referred them to other businesses I’m involved in.

Absolutely thrilled with the services provided by Paid Ads! They’ve significantly boosted our sales and offer incredibly responsive service. Their expertise in managing Google ads has been invaluable to us. Highly recommended.

Before you ask
What stops most people.
Won't Google Ads just mop up demand my Meta spend already paid for?
It will if the account is built around your own brand name. That's why we split brand from non-brand in week one and judge our work on non-brand only. Someone who's never heard of you wasn't created by your Meta spend. If adding Google Ads doesn't lift your blended return, we'll tell you.
We tried Google Ads. It didn't work.
Usually that's a setup problem. An account bidding on your own name and calling it a win will always look fine and change nothing.
Meta's working. Is now really the time?
Meta working is the qualification. The people searching for what you sell are buying from somebody this month.
Who do you work with?
Ecommerce brands and high-ticket lead generation businesses already spending £20,000 a month or more on paid, with one channel doing nearly all the work and Google Ads either not running or running on scraps.
Do you run Meta as well?
No. Google Ads is all we do. Meta stays with whoever runs it now.
How long am I tied in?
You're not. Thirty days rolling, paid in advance. We keep the account by keeping the numbers right.
Published pricing
The bigger you get, the smaller the share we take.
Priced on your monthly Google Ads spend. No percentage-of-spend billing. An agency paid a percentage of your spend earns more every time you spend more, which makes it hard for them to ever tell you to spend less.
Thirty days rolling, paid in advance. Before you pay anything, you get a full plan built on your own accounts. Yours to keep either way.

Nothing to prepare. We look at what Meta is carrying and what Google Ads is or isn't doing. If we don't think we can move your numbers, we'll say so on the call.
If we can, John and the team build a full written plan on your own accounts before you pay anything. You keep it either way.
